Great location in Truman Annex. If you know TA, you know it’s the spot to be. Walking distance to everything and very safe with security on site and gates locked at night. Pool set up was vey nice with both sun and shade options. And a pool house with clean bathrooms! The unit is second floor with a nice private balcony. Bathroom could use a little updating and a full length mirror would be nice. Came with two bikes which we used. They could use a tune up including new brakes. Overall, for the price it’s a no brainer.

Vacay was great as always. Tracy's units are always very clean, well maintained and safe. She literally provides everything one could need for a weeks stay or longer. The Truman Annex is a great place to stay in KW, quiet and safe yet just a short walk to Duval street.

We love Key West and Key west condos. This is the second time for us to stay in this particular condo. There is only one mirror in the condo and it is in the bathroom. If memory serves me there was a full length mirror before . There really needs to be another mirror.
We always enjoy staying in Key West. We have another trip booked in May 2023 and November 2023.

I always enjoy the stay in this Condo, it is in a great location with good amenities. Very clean, modern and efficient. It is very comfortable for 2-3 people because of the cute loft bedroom. Tracy is wonderful to work with. Sunset on Southard was clean, well equipped, and updated. The location is especially convenient in the historic old town area. We do not rent a car, no need, as literally everything is within walking distance. If a visit to Key West is in your future, I definitely would urge you to consider any unit under Tracy's management.

The place is nice and in a great location. Our disappointment comes from a lot of little things that added up over the course of the week. First off, the microwave oven didn't work and the dishwasher leaked so we couldn't use that either. I informed the owner on Sunday and had a reply Monday morning that they were going to replace the appliances, but not until Friday. I understand that the owner probably couldn't control how quickly the appliance company could get to the property, but there was no offer of alternative accommodation or any other remedy like a rent reduction. The fact is, we wouldn't have rented the place if we had known the appliances weren't working. Also, there was construction going on in the condo next door that started at eight in the morning which is too early for a vacation situation. It was particularly annoying because they would work for about two hours and we wouldn't hear them again until the next morning. Finally, the place hadn't been properly cleaned before we arrived. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards (probably because the dishwasher was unusable) and the table on the back patio had food particles on it that had attracted ants. Working appliances and basic cleanliness are pretty important in a vacation property. None of these problems ruined our vacation, but they did leave us disappointed.

This is a great place in a great location; easing walking or biking distance to most places nearby; condo is very clean and attractive; very comfortable and the owner/manager is extremely efficient; I highly recommend this condo, it can comfortably sleep up to four guests, two on the main level and two in a loft which is quite cozy; I enjoyed the attractions such as a concert at the amphitheater; lots of walking and bike riding; boat races and Veteran's day parade on Duval St., many good restaurant options and plenty of bars to spread your money around; mostly beautiful weather and two swimming pools to relax at; highly recommend and the price is comparable to the upscale hotels.

This beautiful condo is in the Truman Annex which is private, quiet and away from the crowds. It’s only 3 blocks from Duval. The condo has everything you need for your stay and the deck is wonderful for enjoying the beautiful weather. We went to the State Park this year which is so close to the condo and the beach was beautiful. The condo has chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Loved it and will return!!

Beautiful condo conveniently located close to Truman Little White House, Butterfly Sanctuary, Hemingway‘s House, Southernmost Point, many restaurants and stores and just a couple blocks off of Duval! Only 1 mile from the KW Harbor, which was great since I ran there three very early mornings to get on standby for the ferry to Dry Tortugas! It was great to have a full kitchen to make some meals and the deck was quiet and relaxing. My kids enjoyed the community pool. Is nice to have a parking spot, though it was a bit of a challenge finding it for the guest time at night! The area was very safe, which is hard to say when traveling, but not in KW!

This place was perfect for us! The location can't be beat, we rented 4 mopeds and there was plenty of room in the reserved parking space. The condo itself is clean and very comfortable.
Two minor points of caution, the ladder to the loft is steep and should take some care in deciding who in your party uses it. The master bedroom is comfortable the mattress is very squeaky, if you're a light sleeper this might be challenging for you.
Very minor points, everything else was spot on.

We visit Key West several times each year and have done so for the past 20 years. Keywest.condos with Tracy is by far the best condos/units we have ever stayed. They are clean, well maintained and completely furnished. All Tracy's units are located in the Truman Annex which is just a short walk from Duval and Old Town. Tracy's pricing is always fair for the season and often cheaper than other rentals. If you are visiting Key West, I highly recommend renting a unit with Keywest .condos.
