You will also find an initial supply of cleaning and paper products along with handsoap and toiletries. The home has a private entrance and contactless Check-In/Out.

Located in the gated community of Truman Annex: a popular and beautifully landscaped community in Old Town Key West.   had a great vacation and enjoyed the place. Was great to be near everything whle still remote. QUick bike ride to beach. Owner was helpful when we didn't have a parking pass. Could invest in some new beach towels (current were tattered) and bath towels (current were very rough). Also outside furniture could be cleaned up as some of the cushions had ants all over them. Lastly, would invest in some new pans/cooking sheets and silverware. There were only four forks - three small and one regular so we constantly had to clean them. THe little extras (some spices and possibly a couple of coffee kcups) could go a long way. Otherwise -a great place to rent and worked out well for our family of four!

  Kokomo Korner is in an excellent location and has plenty of room to spread out. Parking is easy and right in front of the condo. The pool was serene and well kept. The condo itself was nice. Comfortable furniture, clean, with bedrooms large enough to move around in. The bathrooms attached to each bedroom were nice and the laundry upstairs made it very convenient. There is a half bath downstairs so you don't have to constantly run up and down steps. The only drawbacks were, the back desk may want for an umbrella and made a lounge chair? The only negatives we ran into was the construction outside the condo which is next to the gate to the complex that stayed paddle locked. The construction made it impossible to sleep in and the gate inconvenienced the access the main street outside. However, I know these things are temporary and this too shall pass. We had a great time and Tracy is ALWAYS accommodating and so easy to work with.

  Overall, a good stay in a great location. Had a major water problem the first day, but upon calling Tracy and explaining the issue, they had a great plumber out to our rental ASAP. Wade, the manager also came to check things out and speak with us. Water issue was fixed, and although the place will need some future work, everything was fine with the water after that. I had taken video of the problem and many photos that I sent to Tracy to document the issue. Luckily, my daughter & son-in-law found a bucket to catch the water coming out of the ceiling fan, and used pool towels to help dry up and protect the flooring.
  Wade looked for the transponder for the gate so we could drive in and out through it, but never did find it in the unit, so we drove around to Southard all of the time. Only one key worked to get in and out of the walk-in gate (we had 3 couples). Never had enough towels - had only 6 towels with 6 people, so used pool towels also (which are not in great shape, quite worn). Had to do extra laundry since pool towels were used for the leak, as well as bath towels. Gratefully, Tracy sent in housekeepers to clean up after the leak was fixed.
  Pool temperature was lovely, though I think this unit is as far from the pool as it could get. Nice pool area, though. Unfortunately, the week was rather chilly for Key West in February, but we got in a little pool time.
  One couple loved riding the bikes and used them every day. Great to have a parking space also.
  Pillows could be replaced, very small and squishy, hard on the neck. Would be nice to have better lighting in the green bathroom for putting on make-up; current light creates shadows and hard to see what you are doing as it is quite high up and not that bright. Poor lighting in downstairs living area also.
  Overall, we liked the unit and had a nice stay, even with the water inconvenience on Sunday. Tracy and Wade were fantastic with taking care of our calls about the problem and get

  It was our first time in Key West and had a fabulous experience. We absolutely loved the location with the Truman Annex. It was close to everything...either biking or walking. We loved the fact that the condo came with two bikes, which we used every day! One thing that was needed in the condo was umbrellas. It rained several days and we were stuck in the condo. We have rented condos/houses several times and were a little disappointed with the lack of seasonings in the kitchen. With only salt/pepper, cooking was very bland. We still had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

  Note that Tracy Dubensky, who managed my rental was always very courteous, professional, and quick to respond to my questions. Most of our stay was relaxing with one exception as noted below. Located within walking distance of downtown, the rental was very clean and in good shape.
  We arrived at 5 pm ready for our long-awaited vacation. Upon arrival we tried to get a pass at the guard shack but were told we had to check in first. That didn’t make sense because we let ourselves in. There were barriers in front of the parking lot, but the guard said we could move them since they should have been removed the day before. At 8 am the next morning I was rudely awoken by loud banging and ringing of the doorbell. When I opened the door, two men said I had to move my car. I asked why but was interrupted by a man named Dan in a heated voice angrily asking why I moved the barriers and that I was going to ruin his $10,000 parking lot job. When I told him the guard said we could move them he said he was going to fire him. Then he abruptly told me to get a blue pass and park on Emma St. We got the pass, but it was a problem for me since I have a difficult time walking and it was four blocks from the rental. The barriers were removed two days later. I spoke with Tracy during this time and she advised notices had been issued that the barriers should have been removed prior to our arrival.
  A person in our group approached Dan a couple days later asking why there was parking lot issue. He said it was a misunderstanding and apologized for getting so angry. I saw him a couple days after that and he never uttered a word of apology about giving me a hard time.
  It seemed apparent Dan does good work for Truman Annex as far as upkeep and maintenance go. However, I’d advise he be given some constructive guidance from the rental management staff on how to deal with renters in a calm and rational way.

  Kokomo Korner is a great location to stay in Key West. Located in the Truman Annex it is an easy walk to Mallory Square, Duval Street, Southernmost Point and Fort Zachary Taylor State Park. It is just a couple of blocks from Duval Street, but you do not hear the noise from the bars at night. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces: private back patio, front porch, and balconies. We enjoyed having the bikes to ride around Key West and appreciated being able to rent additional bikes, as well.   Kokomo Corner is a great place to stay. The location is perfectly situated within easy walking distance to the Southernmost Point, Mallory Square, Truman Waterfront park, and upper Duval. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and well maintained. It is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Beds are comfortable and more than enough towels were included so that we didn't have to do laundry everyday. An oversized deck on the main floor was easier to enjoy with a solid wall around it preventing curious passers-by from peering inside. Ownership was great to work with and very quick to respond to requests or questions. There is a little noise from the walk gate into the annex after hours which may affect light sleepers. But, this would not ruin anyone's time here. We will definitely stay here again if the property is available.

  Kokomo Korner exceeded my expectations. The outdoor patio area was hands down one of the best outdoor spaces I have ever experienced. The location can’t be beat, with a short walk or bike ride to Duval for restaurants and shops. The 2 bikes provided along with the ability to rent 2 additional bikes from Tracy couldn’t have been more convenient. Furnishings and overall condition of the property was excellent.   Kokomo Korner has a very large private and enclosed patio Very convenient to have a parking space right out the front door. It is beautifully decorated with new furniture. Just a great location in Truman Annex with a very nice pool.

  The property was exactly as described. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, outside deck, and front porch on lower level. 2 bedrooms w/balconies and washer/dryer on second level. Beds had temper pedic mattresses and slept great. All amenities were as listed. The property is well kept. Landscapers were there one morning doing cleanup and the insect man came for his monthly visit. The property was only a few block walk to the many restaurants, bars, and shops. We flew in and rented a golf cart for transportation since my wife doesn’t do well walking. It worked great. We visited the beaches, Fort Zachary Taylor, and other attractions. It was Fantasy Fest after all. We ate at various places. Moon Dog Cafe & Bakery, Two Friends Patio, Charlie Mac’s, Pinchers, Bagtells, Schooner Wharf. Great food at all and no problem without reservation. Great ribs at Charlie Mac’s. I highly recommend this property if you need two bedroom. It is a gated community. We never felt unsafe at any time. They have some one bedroom units available in the same area if needed.

  We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Kokomo Korner! Tracy thinks of everything you might need and provides it, it’s an all inclusive condo within the Truman Annex! We are repeat customers of Tracy’s, and we will continue to rent from her each trip down! I can not say enough great things about her and her properties!
